Condition:
Lamp in working order, wired with single pole rotary light switch. Chips to black base & turquoise metal rod. Porcelain figure good condition; hat with surface dirt, chipped & repaired. Black wood base can be improved with black paint touch-ups. Although porcelain hat chipped, damage can be concealed with right lamp shade.
