PLEASE NOTE The fans wont run unless controlled by a free third part program. I used HWINFO PORTABLE. PLEASE keep this program . without it the laptop will overheat and break.
To configure I put OpenFanCtrlMin=1 in config settings in the hwinfo folder with notepad. then click save.
