Very good condition, professionally framed, I took the art apart to see if I could find any signatures and to confirm it was indeed painted on cloth which it is, this is a very large example of this type of artwork, measuring approximately 18" by 24" framed, the inner mat is 14 1/2" by 20 1/2". This is large! And so detailed. This appears to be painted on some sort of silk or fabric like material because of the threads that can be seen along the edge, please review the photos.
