Cylinder Build Specifications
- Same day emergency build for VDMA cylinder breakdowns.
- All cylinders are manufactured to the mm in house in our workshop in Telford, Shropshire, England.
- Stainless Steel Rod.
- Double-acting.
- Adjustable damping or cushioning of the end of the rod stroke.
- 32mm, 40mm, 50mm, 63mm, 80mm, 100mm and 125mm bore sizes available.
Measuring your Cylinder
- If your exact size is not shown, please select the nearest size and/or please message us with your specific size requirements.
- Strokes of upwards of 2000mm can be made in house (Please contact us if you require over 1000mm stroke)
- We can also offer specials, up to 400 bore.
- If you are unsure on the size of cylinder you need please message us and we will be happy to offer technical advice, alternatively you can also send us your old cylinder to match

Build Times
- Build times, please allow approximately 1-2 working days. We aim to manufacture and despatch orders the same day where possible, dependant on the time that your order is placed. All cylinder orders are sent via UPS Next Day 24hr.
- In the event of an emergency breakdown please contact us and we will do our best to expedite your build to get you up and running again.

Technical Conformity
ISO 15552 / VDMA
- We manufacture our cylinders to ISO 15552 standards, also still commonly referred to as VDMA. ISO 15552 replaces VDMA 24562 and ISO 6431, widely interchangeable globally with other major brands. (Full tech sheets available on request)

Orders placed before 2pm, Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same working day.
Next working day UK mainland delivery is provided by UPS.
International shipping is available, please contact beforehand for delivery prices.
Although we make every effort to package the item so it is delivered in the best possible condition. Occasionally there is loss or damage during postage that is out of our control. Please contact us if you have not received your order after the estimated timescale or for any damages, so we can resolve the issue with you quickly and easily.
Returns Policy
We aim to provide a 5* service with every purchase, please contact us before leaving negative feedback so we can fix any issues you may have encountered. You can return a product up to 14 days after the date of purchase, return postage will need to be paid for by the buyer but we will do our best to get any issues sorted within 1-2 working days.
