Please understand that some of the leaf may not have root but this is normal because I grown them under low light with no fertilizer. If you want them to develop long root and red leaf color just grown them under high light and add some iron.

Your plant may look yellow or brown when arrive and this is just normal because they already staying in the darkness for long time during shipping process. they will bounce back to green again after 2-3 days when you put them into a good environment.
