This is a brand new tank top from C9 by Champion. The tag says it has an inner bra for added support. Also it is fitted through the bust and body skimming below the bust area. The fabric is 'Duo Dry' and wicks moisture away fast to help keep you dry and comfortable. It's also made to stretch with you. It has a drawstring at the bottom so you can adjust the fit.  The design at the back is very cute. Thanks!
