Please ask us questions about the item purchasing.  Communication is key in ensuring a smooth transaction.  If you cancel the order after winning the item we will report you to Ebay.  If you have a feedback score less than 50 we require immediate payment unless we have an established relationship.   We also require pictures of the item you were shipped if you want to return the item.  If there is no damage to the item we will not issue a refund.  If you were mistakenly shipped the wrong product, or you can show the item was damaged in shipping, etc., we have no problem with returning the item and issuing a full refund.  Buyers remorse not accepted.

We invoice every day, including weekends, for the previous days wins and will combine shipments at that time.
