The bib-top and suspenders are in one with the centre front of the shorts, with a pleat 

at the side front. The blouse has a convertible notched collar and gathers at the 

shoulders, with either long sleeves gathered to the cuffs or short sleeves.

There are no fabric suggestions mentioned. Use something like linen mixes, 

cottons, chambray etc 

Like all things vintage please check your sizes and make a toile/muslin before committing your fabric
