• Beschreibung: Denkmal für Claude Berbier du Metz in der Kirche von Gravelines. Ovales Porträt des Verstorbenen, von Fahnen umgeben, mit zwei Trauerputten im unteren Teil. Am Sockel mit Wappen und Totenköpfen. Auf dem Sockel mit lateinischem Gedenktext und Huldigung. Darunter mit Signatur des Bildhauers und des Herausgebers.

• Description: Monument to Claude Berbier du Metz in the church of Gravelines. Oval portrait of the deceased, surrounded by flags, with two mourning putti in the lower part. On the base with coat of arms and skulls. On the base with Latin commemorative text and homage. Below with signature of the sculptor and the editor.

• Condition: Good condition. The image is closely trimmed. The paper has discoloured due to its age. There are some foxing spots. With tears at the right margin, which were fixed with adhesive tape at the back. Occasional creases.
