1945 John Martin's House, Inc children's hardcover picture book (spiral binding), first edition

This is a vintage used item, in good used condition, with some signs of age/wear; covers bear mild rubbing/scuffing, edgewear and associated corner wear, points of blemish/distress, light fading/smudging. Interior pages show clean/smooth, creamy-white, with excellent preservation of full- and two-tone color illustrations/images and bold black typeset; moveable and pop-up embellishments remain in good working order (wear to tab on title page); loose page after first pop-up; overall light wear/little tanning. Spiral binding remains intact/secure, with distress at base ring. There are no excessive nicks, chips, rips, tears, perforations, stains, residue or repairs.

The book measures approx 8.25" x 8".
