All our products are
100% authentic. Some of the items are clearance, overstock, past season
products, retail transfers (both current season and past season), samples and
outlet exclusive styles therefore we are not authorized resellers and our
products do not carry a manufacturer's warranty. Sometimes our products are not
found on the manufacturer's website. This will commonly be the case if they are
a past season product or an outlet exclusive style only available at a brick-and-mortar
store location.
Pictures:
We try to take the
most accurate and best pictures possible. Please understand that there may be
some variance in the color of the picture and the actual item. If you are
looking for a specific color, please contact us prior to purchasing and we can
help you with the item specifics.
Shipping:
Most orders will be
shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
Return & Refund:
We are happy to accept returns
if you are not satisfied with your order, however the item must be in the same
condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached for us to take the item
back. For example, a new with tags item must be returned new with tags in
unworn condition. Items cannot be returned that are worn or in damaged
condition (without tags, perfume, cologne, deodorant, smoke, damaged, etc.).
Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, unless the return is
for an item not as described you have 30 days after the
delivery date given in the listing. Although we offer
free or fixed price shipping on many items, actual shipping costs may vary.
This actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund along with a 15%
restocking fee, except when items received are different from what was
described in the listing. No refunds for international
customers. Please keep in mind that the buyer assumes
responsibility for all return shipping costs. Once the item is
received, you will receive a refund. (* eBay Money Back Guarantee
means you are protected if the item you ordered didn't arrive, is faulty or
damaged, or doesn't match the listing. You'll get your money back.)
*No refund will
be issued for damage during shipping. If your items arrive damaged, the
buyer must file an insurance claim with the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS,
or FedEx) not the seller. USPS requires that damaged items as well as packing material
and box be brought to the nearest Post Office for inspection, or a claim will
be denied. This can ONLY be done by the Buyer not the Seller. *No
return is accepted on books and/or magazines.
Exchanges:
We do not offer
direct exchanges and do not hold items. If you need to exchange for another
size simply purchase the item, you want and return the item that you do not via
the return policy above. All our items are first come, first serve.

International Buyers:
Buyers are
responsible for any import fees or taxes associated with your purchase. These
are usually paid upon receiving your item. You can find out more about these
fees from your local post office or customs office. We do not accept returns
from international buyers.
