PAUL MacAVOY, 2000. 1st edition, hardback, dust jacket, like new. I can’t find this RARE book available anywhere except university libraries. The only mark inside the book is a 22-year-old price in pencil inside front cover, as shown in photo. The book itself is in Fine condition. The dust jacket is in Very Good condition, some ruffling at the top and a tiny whitish dot in the center, also as shown in photos. Over six decades federal regulatory agencies have attempted different strategies to regulate the natural gas industry in the USA. This work demonstrates that no affected group has gained from these experiments in public control and that all participants would gain from deregulation.
