This is in as found condition. Possibly NOS.  Measures 28" high to top of back rest x 17&1/2" wide across the back. The seat is 14" x 14" x about 16" high from the ground. Folds up for storage. The tackle box is clean and measures about 13" x6" x 6". Includes instructions, pole & cup holder, & the original box that is in distress and shows its age. One cross bar is loose from the rivet (see picture) and some stitching is coming out of the back (see picture). These issues could be a easy fix. Please look at all the pictures for as it does show fading on the seat.
