Vtg 70s Women's previously Loved pair of something Italia (unable to make out first word from wear) Synthetic Platform Wedge Oxfords.  Stylish enough to go with a dress or simply with jeans.  Insides shows quite a bit of wear, outside only has a few scuffs, slight wear on soles.  Very Good pre-owned Condition.  Size is determined by the inside in inches following the chart in the last pic.
