Taste: please note that our coffee has a strong character (“Intenso” means in Italian indeed intense, strong), with a very little note of acidity coming from the Brasilian Arabica beans. It is well balanced, with a distinct fragrance of toasted bread. The difference between our capsules and the capsules of our main competitors is that our production process is carried out in a controlled atmosphere, where there is no oxygen. We start grinding our coffee already in the controlled atmosphere, then we mix it for a few hours to stabilize its quality and then we pack it into capsules still in a condition of controlled atmosphere. This procedure guarantees constant quality to our product, capsule by capsule, and also many months after the production. Shelf-life 24 months - the oxygen inside capsules (coffee pods) is lower than 1% so that coffee doesn't become oxidized. * Our capsules are not original Lavazza A Modo Mio capsule, we sell compatible coffee pods with Lavazza A Modo Mio machines.
