NOTE – Due to the radios ability to be parts swapped so easily and theft of parts and radio returned after the parts were swapped (yes unfortunately people do these things)- NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS under any circumstances – GET the insurance if offered.

FIRMWARE is currently 32.30.00. on all units.

UNITS are 7/800 and Do NOT have the Dual Band Enable for the UHF R1 side.

These units are in good condition, I have updated them to the current firmware. Otherwise, the unit has the original flash code and tags.

I have all the documentation on these units of the agency I purchased them from as well as email communications to show proper ownership of these radios.

Please look at the radio features in the pictures and make sure this is the unit and functions that you want. KNOW WHAT YOU ARE BUYING – NO RETURNS FOR ANY REASON

This unit has been properly cleared by the agency it was purchased from.

I will take video of the unit and to prove condition at time of sale.

IT IS THE END USERS’ RESPONSIBILITY TO USE THIS IN A LAWFUL MANNER – I WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY PROGRAMMING. YOU CAN REGISTER WITH THE MANUFACTURER AND OBTAIN THE CPS FROM THEM AND CURRENTLY THEY ARE NOT CHARGING FOR IT TO MY KNOWLEDGE. The programming cable is the same one used for the APX4000 and the XPR 7550 and 7550e series.

The ONLY exception to the no programming policy is that if you are an entity, business, or municipality and acquire the necessary licensing, If I acquire your license then I can program based on the parameters of your license, conventional ONLY. NO TRUNKING.

If you already have a system, then your system communications administrator is the only one who can do that for you.

THIS RADIO COMES WITH A USED 5100Mah hour battery. Batteries may not be to full capacity but are in fair shape.

YOU WILL Received, the radio, antenna (7/800, GPS), battery and a used Impres 1 charger.
