This is a rare and valuable stamp from Libya, issued in 1941, with a denomination of 1.25  It has never been used and is in extremely fine condition, graded as XF. The stamp was manufactured in Italy and has not been certified. It is a great addition to any stamp collection, especially for collectors interested in African stamps or stamps from Libya specifically.
