For sale is a COX 50th Anniversary Pitts Special. The production run for this series was in 1995 when Cox was located in Corona, CA. The plane commemorated the 50th. anniversary of Cox.  Plane is  #1000 of a limited series.  I believe the entire production run was 3000 to 5000 units worldwide. This unit being # 1000 was not sold to a dealer but was aquired by 'Danny' who worked for or was affiliated with Cox.  It is a milestone number within a small series.  A rare addition to any toy or hobby collection, especially for those interested in collecting limited edition items. Original numbered box, fuel warning sheet, and numbered certificate of authenticity are included. The plane and box are in perfect condition.  The cardboard box has an area that appeared to have had something wet it.  See pics, but no issues with the plane, box, or documents.
