This listing is for a single custom replacement battery cover knob for the 1978 vintage Star Wars Han Solo Laser Pistol. You may need 2 to complete your blaster. This is for the knobs only - no vintage parts nor blaster are provided - pictures are for reference only! These may not be the exact same size as the originals, but function exactly the same.

Prices are for a single knob in either black or a silver/gray. The early versions of this blaster came with black knobs. Later versions switched to silver. Either color looks great on any of them though - or mix and match!

These replacement knobs are my own design - and they are specially designed so the locking tab does not break off inside your blaster. 3D prints are notoriously weak along layer lines, and I design my products so they will NOT break.

I test all of my battery cover knobs on an actual vintage laser pistol before shipping to ensure a good fit. There may be variations in the thickness of the plastic across the old blasters. If you find the knob is too tight - you can either file/sand away some material from the hook of the knob, or dip the hook of the knob in very hot water before installing. This will allow the plastic to conform to the thickness of your laser pistol. If you find it's too loose, you can dip the hook in hot water again, this time bend it in slightly and run under cold water to set. You should not need to do any of this, but variations do pop up!

About 3D Printed items: They may have minor visual defects from the printing process. This is normal and does not impact function.

About Galactic Collector: I am a collector of vintage Star Wars action figures, vehicles, and playsets. I regularly restore vintage pieces. I never part out complete items. I often buy broken/damaged/parts lots for salvage, and will resell leftover parts from those to hopefully benefit other restorers out there.
