Artisan Dollhouse Miniature Pennsylvania Dutch Floral Toy Trunk Chest Blue JOAB TLC. I believe the top used to be connected to the bottom part, as there are two tiny nails sticking out of the outside of the base. There are chips in the wood/paint from improper storage. Bottom is signed. The color is similar to a dusty blue. Measurements shown in last two photos. Thanks!
