I purchased this new from Macy's, wore it a couple of times when purchased and put it away.  It has been stored in my jewelry box in my smoke free home.  It has red, white and blue genuine diamonds representing the flag in a heart shape , diamond weight is approximately 1/3 of a carat.  The chain is 18" long and made of sterling silver.  Beautiful pendant.
