Fermivin 7013

 dried, noble, universal wine yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae from the Corbieres region of France.

• Wines up to 15% - these yeasts show resistance to alcohol up to 15%.

How to use

Mix the contents of the sachet in 100 ml of boiled and cooled water to temp. 30°C, leave the whole thing for 20 minutes at room temperature. After this time, pour the solution into a fermentation container or a balloon with a wine setting.
