Each size has some range, normally the UK numeric size range is 4-6cm, in order to ensure the fashion big enough for the biggest measurement fall in the size, it could be too big for the smallest measurements fall in the size.
For example, the chest for size 14 is 91-94cm, in order to fit for 94cm, we need to make the top with chest 98cm, a little bigger always better than too small, but 98cm chest top could be too big for chest 91cm chest, especially for this camisole, it could opening around the armhole because too big.
The international letter size system range is 8-11cm, it is even big range, so it normally used for loose fit clothing. But it also with the same problem.
