Wonderful miniature handmade basket from Laos.  Basket is 3" across at widest part where handle is. Base is 1 3/4" and the basket is about 3" tall.  Beautiful amount of detail. Basket is in great shape - no marks, gaps or broken areas.  

This basket belonged to my mother and was tagged with its heritage. She was well traveled so possibly purchased herself.
