All seeds sold by Santos Family Farm are harvested and packaged for the current planting season.  Each variety of seed is tested for germination before being set out for sale.  Germination for each seed variety will never be below 85%.  Because of the fact that there are so many variables involved in successful growth of plants, fruits and vegetables, there are NO GUARANTEES with respect to how well these seeds will germinate and grow for you.
