The game is not included, it's in the images just so you can see how good the visuals are.

The screen settings are controlled by an onscreen menu that is accessed by holding down the Option 2 button at the same time as the A and B.

The game and batteries are not included in the sale, I have used them just to show how good the console looks when working.

HDMI output also possible.

Unfortunately it has developed a couple of small imperfections in the case, just above and below the D Pad, where someone has started to put the screws in wrong at some point in its history. This causes the little marks that can be seen in the images. They appear to have been filled, but this is work carried out prior to it coming into my possession.
