This is the very quaint and detailed "Riverside Row Shops #58888" building! It was released in 1997 and retired in 1999. It is a piece that has only been displayed one time, in fact it is still in its original manufacturer's cellophane wrapping and has been stored away for decades. Even though it is very intricate with a lot of trim, it is in perfect condition, free from all blemishes (even the light cord is untouched), in its original box, and in perfect working order. I did not disturb the original cord, I have an extra light cord I used to show you the illumination. There is some shelf wear to the building box.
I paired the building with accessory pieces "City People #5965-0" which has never been displayed.
As you know all of these pieces are hand painted. I took several pictures so you can rest assured these pieces are in wonderful gift giving condition. 6 individual pieces total.
