New in box, Matchbox die-cast, made 1999, by Mattel, Inc., in China.  It has never been out of the box.  Beautiful car, has vintage See's advertising on the sides, "Mail a Box of Christmas Candies Now - See's Candies" shows on the left side.  I assume the right side is the same.

I believe the scale is 1:48, as that is what shows for the Matchbox Models of Yesteryear.  This is labeled as Matchbox Collectibles.
