The Lijing Ji or Tales of the Lychee Mirror was written in the Ming dynasty by an unknown author. It is the oldest written record of the Southern Min dialect and was a popular source of adaptations up through modern times. This title is no. 15 in the Research Series on Taiwanese and Fujian Dialects (閩台方言史資料研究叢刊).
