Combined Postage
If you order a number of items from us that incur a postage cost, Ebay should automatically combine postage. Any issues please message us and we will be happy to send a combined invoice.

Shipping
All shipping times are based on (UK)Royal Mail standard notice. Whilst they are usually accurate, due to the current climate they should be considered estimates.

Whilst we endeavour to dispatch items within 24 hours, we make all of our items by hand, some items may take extra time during busy periods. We will try our best to inform you should your order be effected in such a manner.

Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. If the reason is a fault on our end, wrong item or damaged, we will refund the return postage.
