Vintage Dennison Dancing Scarecrow Die Cut Halloween Decoration Fall Scary.

Great vintage condition! I found it with part of the original packaging and some extra brads in a package. I will include those.

ONE TEAR on top of his foot - please see the pictures. Besides that, there are some of the spots where tape was used to hang him once upon a time - and some of the brad holes are stretched a bit. Please see pictures for more detail. I believe this guy is from the 60s or 70s.
