CONDITION and FEATURES:

Great Pre-Owned Condition!  No defects that we can find.  No obvious signs of wear.  Please look closely at all photos as photos are considered to be part of the item description.

-  Material:  93% Polyester, 7% Spandex per label (exclusive of decor such as zipper, etc.)

-  Care:  Machine washable

-  Pockets:  1 zipper pocket on right hip area

-  Closure:  Shoestring-type closure at the waistband... no snaps, buttons, or v-cro

-  Color:  Black shorts with silver embroidered LCC logo, and black embroidered Patagonia text

SHIPPING:

WE SHIP FROM HAWAI'I!  Simply due to the distance from here to the US mainland and it's territories, our shipping costs are generally slightly higher when compared to items shipping from within the mainland.  Items may take an extra day or so to arrive, again, due to the distance and number of postal transfers.  We the sellers, have no control of the actual shipping time, especially if there are delays due to weather or holidays, etc.

BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING A SECURE SHIPPING LOCATION... WE HATE "PORCH PIRATES" TOO, BUT ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEFTS.  If you would like Signature Confirmation for your package, you must contact us PRIOR to purchase so that we can make the proper price (+ $3.80), packaging, and labeling adjustments.

Shipping costs include:  The actual cost of USPS shipping, plus the cost of any packing-related materials used for your specific item such as envelopes, bags, cardboard supports, boxes, foam, bubble wrap, packing papers, etc.

DOMESTIC Shipping:  Your item will ship via USPS Ground Advantage within one Business day after eBay has confirmed your payment and mailing address.  Make sure that the mailing address is fully correct; we do not ship to email-requested address corrections.  If you have accidentally given us an incorrect address, you must cancel your purchase then repurchase using the correct address.

Combined Domestic Shipping?  Usually we can combine items into one package for shipping **depending on what the items are**.  This will change the shipping weight.  If the actual combined shipping cost is less than the shipping fees that you already paid for, we will refund the excess monies back to you.

INTERNATIONAL Shipping:  We ONLY use eBay's International Shipping program for international shipping.  Any requests for direct shipping will be declined.  BUYER is responsible for any/all additional International shipping fees, taxes/import fees, and Customs fees/issues.  Please understand that we, the sellers, have no control over these additional costs of International shipping.  These additional fees are determined by eBay, your local parcel shipping service, and your own country's Customs and import laws.

How eBay's International Shipping works:  First, we will ship your item to one of eBay's International shipping warehouses.  There, the package will be examined and then re-labelled with your International shipping address, often with a new tracking number.  (You will be able to see the new tracking number through your eBay account.)  Your item will then ship to your International address.  Please expect an extended shipping time frame.  We, the sellers, cannot control this extended shipping time frame. Also, please remember that eBay will charge for the International shipping and you will likely have to pay Customs and/or Import fees in your own country.

Combined Shipping for International Buyers:  Due to how certain Customs' laws work, sometimes separate purchases cannot be combined into one shipping box.  If you are going to purchase multiple items from our store, please send us a message with a list of all the items you will be purchasing.  We will create a new listing for you that includes all of the items as "one lot".  This will ensure that we can ship all of the items together and help you to save money on shipping.
