Compatible ink, blue and yellow cartridges are brand new and sealed.  The magenta one has a tear on the front of the outer plastic, but the cartridge itself is still sealed and unused.  I'm only listing as 'opened' for this reason, they all look virtually brand new, particularly from the back!
