This is a St Louis Cardinals juniors/women’s summer pajama set. The color is mostly gray with some red (Logo) and the size is medium. I don’t know if it was marked incorrectly or what but this fits more like a small or x-small. Maybe it’s a juniors, I’m not for sure but I usually wear small and it was snug on me.
