The TOF10120 distance sensor provides accurate and repeatable long-distance distance measurement for high-speed autofocus (AF). Innovative time-of-flight technology allows. TOF10120's time-of-flight sensing technology is realized by Sharp's original SPAD (Single Photon Avalanche Diode ) using a low-cost standard CMOS process. With a special optical package design, it can achieve accurate ranging results, higher ambient light immunity, and better robustness against cover glass optical crosstalk.
