These balls are very unique. They have a bell inside that is soothing to listen to. The balls are used and are not painted like my other two pairs of boading balls. The box is stained in spots and starting to fray on the corners and edges. Please look closely at the photos and the video. The clasp for the lid functions well and the box with the balls inside can be lifted securely from the lid.
