All payment transactions should be received within 5 business days.

• If we do not receive a clear payment within 5 business days after the sale is completed, we will open an unpaid item case and you will receive an unpaid item strike.

All our packages are sent by DHL Express. We send your item within 3 working days after receiving a clear payment.

• We cannot change the delivery address once paid, make sure you put the correct address on the invoice when you buy an item.
• We do not lower the value of the items.
• We do not declare the item as a "gift".
• ALL international deliveries include a signature, by Canada Post Xpresspost, we do not send any packages by surface/without signature. 
• We can do combined delivery to save you some money. However, we do not make other types of discounts.
