4. Transformers shall be in conformity with the specifications. Leakage inductors on microwave transmitters and on microwave ovens shall not be used. This type of transformer cannot work normally and will cause damage to the main board. Before transformer installation, it is necessary to measure the no-load current at the 220 end of the transformer. If the transformer is larger than 0.3A, it shall not be used. A good transformer will generally have no load current of about 0.1a at 220V end.

The selected transformer should have a low no-load current. Don't leak too much. The no-load current of the ring transformer shall be less than 0.1a, less than 0.3a of EI shape, and less than 0.5A of mouth shape. If the no-load current is large or the leakage inductance is too large, the pipes will burn. For example, welding machines and line lamp transformers cannot be used (welding machines have high no-load current and leakage inductance, but the line lamp transformers have high no-load current). The transformer must be connected in series with ferro-si-Al magnetic ring inductors. The inductance combined with capacitance is to filter out the high frequency carrier component of SPWM, at the same time, it also has energy storage and plays the purpose of smoothing the waveform.

1. Battery low-voltage protection: When the battery voltage is lower than 10.5V per section, the inverter will turn off the inverter (no AC voltage output at this time), and the inverter is in standby mode.






 





2. Battery overvoltage protection: When the battery voltage is higher than 14.7V per section, the inverter will turn off the inverter and enter standby mode.






 





3.
