This board design is simple and compact, avoid unreasonable wire winding, reduce unnecessary interference, audio parts are non-inductive resistance, high frequency characteristics better!



 

Adopt the official standard line to skip the push stage, adopt LME49810 straight push big tube, sacrifice part of output power, but reduce distortion!



 

Cancelling the negative feedback capacitance to earth, making dc amplifier, further reduce distortion!



 

The recommended static current setting is between 30MA-200mA!

Power supply voltage: DC plus or minus 20-80V (need to go up DC double 100V voltage need to replace the filter capacitor! The maximum is plus or minus 100V DC. The power supply mode is "positive ground negative" three-wire power supply! Note: The voltage range cannot exceed the regulation, which will cause the board to burn down!!


 


Note: the static current should be reduced when using high voltage. It is recommended to work in Class A and B! If you need to work in class A, try to control the thermal power consumption of a single pipe at about 30W or less, and deal with the heat dissipation problem well, otherwise it may lead to burning down!


 


Note: the heat dissipation of triode must be insulated with the heat sink! Otherwise the board will be damaged! Insulation must be done between LME49810 chip and radiator fin or it will damage the board!! Insulation does not do a good job leading to the damage of the board consequences!


 


It is recommended to use the voltage for the power transformer between 18-55V (after rectifier and filter can be used for the amplifier board)!



 

Maximum power for mono channel is recommended not to exceed 100W!



 

Hearing sense: the reduction degree of sound is very high, the sound is transparent, loose and natural, low frequency full!
