The watch tips are hallmarked "Black Fox" Navajo and "Sterling".  These watch tips are older, probably from the 1970's 1980's according to the information I found.  The stones and hand tooled silverwork are set on the base of the watch tips.  The design is very nicely balanced beginning with a turquoise stone and coral stone with a leaf on the right side and then rain drops and tendrils.  The turquoise and coral are surrounded by a rope edge. The more you look at them, the more you appreciate the craftmanship and graceful beauty of the tips. The tips have been hand polished with a soft cloth.  Sterling will polish to a beautiful shine time after time, that is the beauty of sterling.  The watch face is new and has a a new battery.  It is running and keeping time accurately.  The stretch watch band is new also.  Neither the face nor the band are sterling silver nor Native American made.  They are included with the tips as a convenience to you so you can wear the watch right away.
Never out of style, Southwest jewelry is an investment in enjoyment to last a lifetime.
