This rare dark blue Desert Inn casino deck of playing cards is complete with a joker.  It is a cancelled deck with the opposite corners clipped.  The back design is the classic Desert Inn "Joshua Cactus Tree and Sun" logo plus the 18th hole flag.  The ace of spades has a date code of M4955. The cards have no bends or creases, but show signs of use and could use some cleaning.  Overall, they are in good condition, especially considering their age.  The original box is solid and in very good condition.  This deck would be a great addition to any playing card collection.
