This vintage green velveteen short sleeve dress is in good vintage condition. It is 8 1/2" across at the shoulders and 15" long. The sleeves short. It is made from a green cotton velveteen fabric. It fastens with 2 buttons in the back. I believe from the 70's or 80's.
