Kids of America Corp. Animatronic Plush Witch (not working)

Size: about 33" tall with hat hanging down. Would be taller if you made the hat stand up.
Free standing. Has base/Stand attached.
Eyes are bright green.
Since this is plush, it should more than likely be used indoors or at least in a covered area. I do not know what the manufacturers instructions are.
This is a heavy and large item, so shipping will reflect that based on the measurements.
Condition: Good condition, but not working! Preowned. Battery compartment is clean, but does not have a cover. Needs cleaned. No major stains, but areas like the broom bristles are dirty. Pilling to some areas. For repair or parts. Sold As Is. View all photos as they are a part of the description.
