MILUPA BASIC-P is a special protein-free breastfeeding product ideal for feeding infants suffering from congenital errors in protein or amino acid metabolism such as organic aciduria, alterations of the urea cycle, energy and micronutrient deficiencies.

Use and doses

The daily dose of MILUPA BASIC-P necessary depends on age, body weight and individual metabolism. This dose, therefore, must be periodically adjusted by the doctor.

The tolerated dose of proteins/amino acids can be added directly into the freshly prepared product. Used as a micronutrient or energy supplement, MILUPA BASIC-P can be added directly to drinks and foods.

The recommended dilution is as follows:

13g of product (= 3 scoops) + 90ml of water = 100ml of product

1 scoop = 4.3g of powder

Once the package is opened, use the product within 1 month.
