This is a new BOSCH power socket. The part number is 0-352-222-009.  It is unused and has been on my warehouse shelf since it was purchased from BOSCH. It is used as a power socket on many emergency vehicles and is OEM on many European vehicles. It is similar to the HELLA 589947 socket.
