White Composite Cards are credit card size (CR-80) with a 30 mil thickness. CR-80 30 mil cards are the standard size and thickness of most identification cards being used today. Made of 60% PVC and 40% polyester composite material to add durability to the card. Our composite cards are designed and manufactured with the highest graphic quality materials for excellent printing results.

These composite cards are proven to be extremely robust, and will hold up in the harshest of environments. The CC30C materials have been specially formulated to endure extreme climate change as well as repeated abuse. The unique I-beam composite structure enhances the structural integrity of the card, by providing additional core strength due to its multiple layers of PVC and Polyester.

Composite cards are used in today’s direct-to-card and re-transfer card printers. The CC30C cards are receptive to all dye sublimation printers and have also passed the INCITS and ISO requirements for flex, stress, humidity, cracking and peeling. CC30C White Composite Cards are perfect for: government, colleges, driver's licenses, identification cards, and any environment that requires the card to tolerate repetitive use. The composite cards are packaged in quantities of 100, quality inspected and shrink wrapped for protection and convenience.
