For sale we have an excellent piece of mid-century British design, a Smiths Sectric White plastic wall clock.

It is of a clean and crisp design with the white Bakelite casing, white dial and clear/bold black Arabic numerals.The hand set is pleasing with thick hour hand, thinner minute hand and red 'Lollipop' second hand.The second hand sweeps smoothly and there is no ticking sound with the clock.

It keeps time to within. +/- 15 seconds a day. 

It is signed to the case, Smiths Clocks & Watches LTD. Made In Great Britain.It is also signed 200-250V. 50-self-starting, Brit. Pat. 744204.806383.

It measures 28.5cm x 28.5cm, with a depth of 6.5cm. 

The lead is only 35cm long. 

The plastic surround is good, with no major damage and just some light marking with age.
