I worked at Nordstrom during this era and remember the tags! This skirt would make a great wedding ensemble with a beaded top or short sleeve cashmere sweater. The front is tulip shape wrap.100% polyester, fully lined and made in USA. This is new with tags, but note that it has a few marks throughout. It could use a good drycleaning. Vintage size 12 or medium. Measurements: flat waist 15", approximate flat hip 18", length 48".
