The label states that it is smaller than the measurements suggest: 40/42(EU) and, 8/10(US). The manufacturers have marketed this as a drop shoulder oversized blouse. The measurements indicate that it will go on larger if you want a more fitted look.

The label states L and bust on the garment measures 46".

In my opinion it is roughly up to a 16/18 UK dress size.

Please don't buy based on the dress size alone but use the following measurements to guide you.

Not suitable for over a 46" bust as this has little to no stretch.

45" to 46": You will get it on but it will look snug and may feel tight.

The more under a 45" bust you are the roomier it will become.

For your reference the bust on the mannequin (images 3 & 4) is set to 46".

Length is 26" down the back (not including the collar add 1.5")
