- Year of printing:
1882
- Publisher: Cesar Daly, 51, Rues des Ecoles, Paris.
- Condition: 1-2 (1.
Excellent - 2. Very good - 3. Good - 4. Fair).
- The print was original folded in half by the publisher,
resulting in a hard fold/crease (Last photo, shown at a reduced scale).
I smoothed out the crease and applied artist's tape on the back to
prevent the fold from reoccurring. Although, it is impossible to
completely smooth out the crease, it is now barely noticeable.
- Very light age toning of paper along the original fold.

- Note:
1. Green color around the print in the photo is a contrasting
background
on which the print was photographed. 2. The print detail is sharper
than the photo of the print. 3. The color photo (not included) shows the facade facing St. Germain Boulevard.
Narrative (A machine translation of the original French text - not edited):
The façades facing the boulevard, the garden and the courtyard, are in
stone, namely: the base of the building made of Euville rock; the first
floor and mezzanine of Ravière stone; the rest, above, in royal bench
from Méry. The dividing walls are of Burgundy brick. in the basement
and ground floor; the rest, in Vaugirard bricks. The window
backsplashes are in Burgundy brick. The Mansard roofs are covered in
zinc on the two highest slopes, and in slate on the almost vertical
slopes that follow them.
